We use reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your items arrive safely. The carrier assigned to your order will depend on the size, weight, and destination of your package.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–8 business days after processing. Expedited and express shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee. Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather delays or carrier disruptions.
Free Shipping Eligibility
We occasionally offer free standard shipping on orders that meet a minimum purchase amount. This promotion will be clearly displayed on our website or communicated via email. Free shipping applies only to standard delivery within the contiguous United States. Tracking Your Order

Shipping Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by you. If you realize an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
We take great care in packaging your items, but occasionally packages may be damaged during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. For lost or stolen packages, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier. While we are not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered, we will assist you in resolving the issue to the best of our ability.
Returns Due to Non-Delivery
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. If you no longer want the items, a refund minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees will be issued.
International Shipping & Customs
For orders shipped outside the United States, the customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. Delivery times for international orders may vary significantly due to customs processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or for items that are seized or held by customs authorities.
